Full Fibre (also known as Fibre to the Premises [FTTP]) is faster broadband. Although most internet data is carried by superfast fibre optic cables, many offices, shops and venues don’t get the full benefit. That’s because the final leg of their connection is a traditional copper phone line. Full Fibre makes it a fibre connection all the way, meaning much faster speeds and improved reliability.

Full Fibre is rolling out across the UK. Check whether its available for your business by selecting your broadband package, then entering your postcode.
Unless you already have Full Fibre installed at your premises (look for a dedicated Optical Network Terminal [ONT] box on your wall), you’ll most likely need a new installation to replace your existing copper line. That will involve some drilling and lying of cable. We’ll make the process as quick and simple as possible. And your dedicated account manager will make sure installation (and everything else) runs smoothly.
As we move your business over to Full Fibre, there will be some downtime for your business, but we’ll keep it to an absolute minimum.
A digital phone line means your phone service is delivered over the internet, similar to how Skype works. By 31 December 2025 all telecoms service providers will need to change their analogue telephone lines to digital ones.
Where a Full Fibre broadband service is available, we’ll upgrade you from an analogue phone line to digital. And with our Ultrafast Plus package, you can add up to four phone lines over a single broadband connection. Just tell us how many you need when you order. Don’t forget, VoiceEdge is available with all our packages. It’s 24 features will help you manage your calls, making it easier to connect to your customers.
Absolutely. We can transfer your business number when you switch to Full Fibre.
No, our Full Fibre packages cost the same as our old packages. But transferring to the new technology does mean paying a fee for an Openreach engineer.
Yes, if you already have Full Fibre, we can transfer your service to Sky Business.
Start at 76Mbps. That’s good if you run a few payments systems and stream video. 150 Mbps makes sense if you’re on a lot of video calls, and work into the cloud too. And if you’ve got lots of people on those video calls, or host your own servers, 300Mbps is probably right for you. 500Mbps? That will comfortably handle 10 or more people in your business streaming, video conferencing, using the cloud, and downloading large amounts of content – all at the same time. 900Mbps? If you want real ease of mind then this is for you. Seamlessly manage all your operations.
