How to find details of your Sky order

Whether you've just joined Sky Business or you're an existing customer, it's quick and easy to check the order you've placed with us using My Account:

If you haven't already, register for My Account.

Sign in with your Sky account details.

You can use My Account to:

  • Check the status of your order
  • Find out about delivery dates
  • Check the details of engineer visits
  • Check your packages, including add-ons
  • View your equipment and details of your devices

If you need to reschedule your engineer visit or change any of the information related to the items listed above, please do so by calling us on 03337 597 590.

Please note: If you miss your appointment you may be charged the full engineer fee of £79. If you call to cancel or reschedule on the day or day before your appointment, you may be charged a late cancellation fee of £25 on your next bill.
