Sky Consent Agreement

Recurring card use

If you’ve chosen to give us your card details to use for your monthly bills, we have to store them so we can take payment each month. The following Agreement will apply to you:

  • The Consent Agreement applies to the debit/credit card you are storing at the time for a particular Sky account

  • This agreement applies until you notify us to cancel.
  • The amount we will collect each month will vary based on your Package or Package Add-Ons. It will also include any additional charges such as call charges. Your payment will be taken monthly, on or just after your payment due date.
  • We might also use this card to collect any one-off charges owed to us. For example, Early Termination Charges for cancelling a contract early.
  • Other charges that could be collected from this card include late payment fees, non-returns charges when Sky Equipment isn’t sent back to us or other outstanding subscription charges (including those listed in the Tariff Guide). We might collect these charges with your monthly bill. If we plan to do that, we’ll send you an email or letter in advance.

*Calls to Sky contact centres are inclusive for Sky Business, Sky Talk and Sky Mobile customers only. If you're not with Sky, calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 or 02 numbers and are included in your calls package. If you don't have a calls package, charges may apply so check your provider's tariff guide .
